After over 5 years of supplying high quality coffee to multiple Cafe and office owners, we noticed the complexity in organising a great quality servicing regime for your adored, expensive machinery.
Often we found engineers to be late, expensive and a nightmare to get a booking on the day you need the service for.
To solve this issue, Kilted Coffee Customers have the opportunity to use our in-house engineering team for services / emergency call outs and PSSR testing.
This means no more waiting for your engineer to show up, or waiting months for your next service/call out.
If you are a Kilted Coffee Customer and have a Nouvo Simonelli, La Speciale or La Marzocco please get in touch with us and we will organise a servicing programme that suits you.
We may accept other machines depending on service history, age and condition.
If you purchase a machine from us, service packages are provided.
